Von & Bick Healthcare Associates (VBHC) receives information you choose to submit through this website, including contact details, county, referral role, guardian or coordinator contacts, requested services, general support needs, waiver status, requested timing, and provider preference. Career forms may also receive professional documents you choose to attach.

How website inquiries are used

The linked office forms process information through GoDaddy. Contact the office if you need to confirm that your inquiry was received. VBHC staff uses submitted information to review inquiries and communicate about referral, application-assistance, service, or career next steps. Submit information about another person only when you are authorized to do so.

Keep sensitive documents out of general intake

Do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicaid IDs, diagnoses, or medical records through general inquiry or referral forms, Nico, or Ava. For NOW/COMP, upload the official application documents directly through your own Individual IDD Connects account. Contact our office to discuss an appropriate method for any other sensitive documents.

Nico and other services

Vercel hosts this website. The office contact and professional-document links open the current GoDaddy website; its forms use GoDaddy and Google reCAPTCHA. Nico voice links open Retell and may request microphone access. These linked services have their own privacy notices. Use general questions only. VBHC information is not automatically transferred to a state account.
